Team

The Van Gogh Academy is led by Wouter van der Veen, Catherine Roth, and Christophe Brochard, whose complementary expertise ensures the smooth operation of the organization. Their work is supported by a dedicated network of volunteers and service providers—knowledgeable enthusiasts, art and culture professionals, and artists—united by a shared passion for Van Gogh’s legacy and a commitment to excellence in research.

Among them, graphic designer Laurent Bourcellier, who designed our logo and serves as our art director, plays a key role in shaping the Academy’s visual identity. Likewise, web designer Arnaud Weber has contributed his talent to our project with generosity and deep conviction, ensuring a strong and engaging online presence.

The Van Gogh Academy also benefits from the invaluable support of Alexandre and Raphaël Fonseca, founders of the Galerie de la Vallée de l’Oise in Auvers-sur-Oise. By sharing their magnificent premises, they provide the Academy with a breathtaking environment in which it can flourish and grow, fully immersed in the landscapes that inspired Van Gogh.
